2. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Pre-approved by our customer service team following your initial contact.
3. Return Process
After contacting customer service and receiving approval:
- We will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items must be returned according to our instructions; returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or replacement.
5. Exceptions
Some items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products like special orders or personalized items.
- Personal care goods such as beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
6. Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have, and after acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase required.
8. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
